Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Event Planner & Logistics Coordinator to manage virtual and hybrid catering events nationwide. This fully remote role requires excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills to liaise with clients and a network of catering partners.

You will design timelines, coordinate deliveries, troubleshoot issues in real time, and collaborate with sales, culinary, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of event planning or logistics experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote teams.
• Proficient in project management software and office apps.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of virtual and hybrid catering events from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
• Manage and build relationships with a diverse network of approved catering vendors across various regions.
• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and delivery plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the coordination of food delivery logistics, including scheduling, routing, and confirmation with clients and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues or challenges that arise during event execution in real-time.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and delivery manifests.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, culinary, customer support) to ensure a unified client experience.
• Implement and refine logistical processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Stay updated on best practices in event logistics and virtual/hybrid event management.
