Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Virtual Events Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact virtual and hybrid events for a diverse client base.

This fully remote role requires expertise in virtual platforms, attendee engagement, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences from start to finish.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in event management, with virtual/hybrid focus.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms and AV/tech
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms for optimal functionality and usability.
• Develop event agendas, content flow, and engagement strategies to maximize participation.
• Coordinate with speakers and facilitators to ensure smooth virtual delivery.
• Manage technical aspects of virtual events including streaming and interactive features.
• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and provide guidance.
• Develop and manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee event marketing and registrations to drive attendance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support during events.
• Conduct post-event analysis and report on KPIs.
