Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote patient care for ages 18 months and up. This 6-month PRN contract requires 20+ hours weekly, with some weekends, and an unrestricted US license.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning, collaboration with care teams, and documentation in the EHR. Master’s in FNP with board certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Evaluate primary, acute, chronic and transitional care patients 18 months and older.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention and safer sex practices; manage medications.
• Document all care in an EHR per CVS Health policies.
