Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) for an evening shift role. The position requires an NP license in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV and willingness to obtain additional licensure as needed.

You will deliver holistic, evidenced-based care remotely to patients aged 18 months and above. The role emphasizes collaboration with a dedicated team, documentation in EHRs, and autonomy in practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with National Board Certification.
• State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Experience in remote/telehealth settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counseling.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per Minute Clinic policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for patients aged 18 months and above.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
