CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver holistic, evidence-based care through a remote platform. The role requires an active NP license in any US state and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner with National Board Certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in any US state.
• Minimum of two years medically-relevant experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older.
• Evaluate and manage primary care, acute, and chronic conditions and provide counseling.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention/safer sex practices.
• Document all patient care in EHR per Minute Clinic policies.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists, and other health team members.
• Work independently, prioritize issues, and advocate for patients.
