The candidate will open new memberships, assist with loan and deposit services, and collaborate with MSRs and lending staff to drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must value a high degree of accuracy and speed.
• Professional demeanor and ability to be “On Stage” for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to easily adapt to quick changes in pace or workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support for Member-based business, handling inbound/outbound activity.
• Open new membership and deposit accounts and document issues for resolution.
• Cross-sell additional services where they fit Member needs.
• Provide basic financial services advice to promote Members' financial well-being.
• Support MSRs and lending staff to ensure timely and quality Member service.
• Meet or exceed service and productivity goals; report activity to management.
