Responsibilities

• Recommends products and services to meet Member's financial needs
• Resolves Member issues through listening, problem solving, and offering solutions
• Meets or exceeds all sales, service and productivity goals established for this position
• Answers and responds to Member inquiries and questions
• Performs file maintenance and account changes as necessary
• Assists members both inside and outside and with ITM machines
• Maintains audit controls and teller-related responsibilities
• Opens deposit accounts
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with Members
• Keeps Members informed of Credit Union services and policies
• Attends meetings as required
• Raises awareness at community events and represents KEMBA in the community
• Registers with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as an Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and maintains the registration per policy
• Performs other duties as required by management
