Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a VIP Sales professional to create revenue by identifying and cultivating high-value players across online and land-based channels.

You will manage hospitality events, daily communications, and loyalty initiatives to drive incremental gaming revenue. The role requires 1–2 years of gaming or related sales experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to travel across the United States and Canada to attend events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of gaming experience either online or with a brick and mortar casino.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales related role.
• Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or other account management.
• Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Excel, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Positively affects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all business conditions.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding, targeting and developing relationships with potential high value players.
• Successfully execute assigned key VIP sales KPIs.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with players, including hospitality events and communications.
• Generate incremental gaming revenue by anticipating and meeting player needs.
• Maintain a personalized relationship with players and understand customer profiles.
• Proactively push new game offerings, channels and platforms to players.
• Communicate with members through welcome messages, loyalty, and reactivation efforts.
• Use daily reporting and analysis to aid business decisions.
• Monitor betting behavior and manage bonuses and invitations within agreed timescales.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
