Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Technician for Fixed Video deployments, primarily supporting North America from remote locations. You will handle first-level issues, perform remote troubleshooting, manage tickets, and assist field resources with device onboarding and camera configurations.

Qualifications include 2+ years of desktop and software support, Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013-2019, AD/Exchange or O365, MDM, DHCP/DNS/VPN, and strong remote support experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop, software or applications support experience.
• Experience installing and supporting Windows operating systems and Office suites.
• Experience with AD/Exchange or O365 and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Log and resolve first-level service issues and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and perform remote repairs.
• Assist with onboarding of devices and configuring user access and permissions.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
