Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Video Systems Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of video solutions and manage customer contracts within the North America Mobile Video Managed & Support Services organization.

The role ensures SLA compliance, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives delivery excellence across the customer base. This is a remote US-based position with travel expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written form.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams.
• Oversee Servicer SSOW with Onsite Servicers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for lifecycle management of video solutions.
• Establish governance meetings for mid-term and long-term planning.
• Manage service agreements, deployment of field resources, and escalation processes.
