Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to act as the primary contact for customer-initiated support requests. You will document and resolve first-level issues, perform remote troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems to senior staff to ensure high service availability for end users.

The role requires experience in desktop support, Windows and O365, and knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and network basics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop, software or applications support experience.
• Experience with Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013-2019, and O365.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange or O365; MDM; DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Strong remote support experience and ability to escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Log and resolve first-level service issues through internal ticketing system; engage vendor support as needed.
• Function as a light training resource for end users; update training materials such as How-To guides, FAQs, KB articles.
• Troubleshoot software and application issues related to the Customer's VMS; perform remote repairs.
