Job summary

Whizz is hiring a Virtual Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely through live video connections. You will guide riders at our locations, answer questions, and help resolve service requests, delivering fast, friendly, and clear assistance that matches in-person service.

You should be fluent in English and Hindi or Punjabi, have 2+ years in customer support or sales, be comfortable on camera, and able to work Pacific Time aligned with San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles.
• Experience with live video customer interactions is a plus.
• Fluent English and Hindi / Punjabi language skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right bike, battery, accessories, and services
• Explain bike features, subscription plans, and pricing
• Assist customers with signing up, creating accounts, and completing payments
• Use sales techniques to convert potential customers into subscribers
• Support customers with subscription questions, payments, or account issues
• Help troubleshoot remotely
• Coordinate service requests and follow-ups with operations
• Address customer concerns and objections while maintaining satisfaction
• Provide clear, accurate, friendly communication
• Coordinate with internal teams via chat and messaging tools
• Build trust and long-term relationships with rider community
