Whizz Inc. is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to assist customers remotely via live video. You will guide riders through signups, explain plans and pricing, and resolve basic service requests with a focus on friendly, clear communication.

The role requires fluent English and native Hindi/Punjabi, 2+ years in customer support or sales, and comfort with camera-based interactions. The position follows Pacific Time (PT) in San Francisco, CA online operations.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Hindi/Punjabi language skills.
Fluent English (C1–C2).
2+ years in customer support, sales, or call center.
Comfortable on camera and using live video to assist customers.
Proficient with CRM systems and productivity tools.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Willing to work Pacific Time (PT) aligned with San Francisco.

Responsabilités

Assist customers remotely through live video connections and guiding them at the site.
Explain bike features, subscription plans, pricing, and help with signups and payments.
Provide fast, friendly, clear communication and build trust with riders.
Troubleshoot basic issues remotely and coordinate with operations for service requests.
Support both new and existing customers with questions, payments, and accounts.
