Whizz is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in Hindi and Punjabi to join our Remote Sales & Support team. You will handle calls, present e-mobility solutions, and manage appointments and deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.

You should have 1+ year of sales experience, strong English skills (C1-C2), and the ability to work on New York time. Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities at an international company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients
• Native/Fluent Hindi and Punjabi speaker
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role
• High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
