Job summary

True Talent Group is seeking a part-time Video Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced in-house creative team. The role focuses on coordinating video projects from intake to delivery, maintaining timelines, assets, workflows, and communications. It is remote-first with on-site shoots required.

You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure project plans, milestones, and approvals stay on track, while improving workflow efficiency and asset management across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or creative ops.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or video projects.
• Strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video projects from intake through final delivery with the Project Manager.
• Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, tasks, and status updates in Wrike.
• Schedule meetings, production check-ins, post-production reviews, and follow-ups.
• Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to keep work moving.
