Job summary

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a detail-driven Post-Production Coordinator to guide the Studios team's workflow from shoot to delivery. This remote role coordinates editor assignments, manages schedules, and ensures assets and notes are in place for timely client-ready videos.

You will work with editors, producers, and internal teams, maintain project documentation in monday.com, Frame.io, and Google Drive, and draft contracts or project agreements while upholding high standards and clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years in fast-paced production.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and video post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post-production workflow from editor assignment to final delivery.
• Coordinate editors with project expectations, creative direction, and deadlines.
• Build and manage production schedules and balance editor workloads.
• Maintain project documentation in monday.com, Frame.io, and Google Drive.
• Create and manage editor contracts and project agreements.
• Communicate updates, risks, and timelines with internal teams for smooth execution.
