Job summary
5V Video is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex platform initiatives and customer projects across sports, entertainment, and media. This remote role offers real responsibility from day one while developing the technical knowledge and delivery experience to manage your own projects.
You’ll work with Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Design, QA and DevOps teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Experience in SaaS/tech/digital products.
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence; familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Jira tickets, statuses, sprint progress and boards.
- Support multiple Agile engineering workstreams with guidance from a Senior TPM.
- Maintain project docs in Confluence and update priorities.
- Assist with stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Track blockers, dependencies and risks; escalate as needed.
- Maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, QA and DevOps.
- Develop understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and platform integrations.
- Act as effective liaison between internal stakeholders.
- Gradually take ownership of more complex product deliveries.
