Job summary

Cityview Helicopter Tours is seeking a remote account manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team. You will own the day-to-day relationship, relay client feedback to writers and editors, and help ensure campaigns meet client goals.

You will work independently, set your own goals, and contribute to campaign enhancement by understanding client audiences. Training will occur in the first two weeks, followed by increasing responsibility as you handle calls and client emails.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client satisfaction and retention by serving as day-to-day contact, relaying feedback to writers/editors, and producing quarterly reports that show results.
• Strengthen campaigns with a deep understanding of each client’s audience and goals, offering input to improve the agency-client relationship.
