Job summary

Animal Outpatient Specialty Network is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead Vetspire migrations and drive technology initiatives across our nationwide network of veterinary practices. You will own plans, coordinate data mappings, and ensure smooth go-lives with remote and on-site support.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and clinical teams. You’ll create training materials, manage multiple projects, and continuously improve migration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with software implementations or migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Vetspire or comparable veterinary software.
• Strong understanding of workflows in veterinary/multi-site environments.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead Vetspire migrations from planning to go-live and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and launch-readiness plans.
• Coordinate data mapping and migration of legacy data into Vetspire.
• Align workflows with site needs and AOSN standards with practice leaders.
• Facilitate pre-launch testing and audits; provide remote or on-site go-live support.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve migration processes.
• Serve as a resource for Vetspire questions, issues and enhancement requests.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and monitor platform updates.
• Develop training materials and knowledge resources; manage integrations and ticketing.
