Job summary

American Veterinary Group is seeking a remote Team Staffing Specialist to source and interview veterinary office staff for the UrgentVet division. This role requires strong project management, fast turnaround, and a high level of professionalism in a distributed team environment.

You will build pipelines, conduct virtual screens, maintain Lever CRM, and provide market insights to the Recruiting Team, reporting to the Director of Team Staffing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Licensed/registered credentialed tech preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Remote collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Source practice manager and support staff talent via resumes, directories, practice websites, social media profiles, and testing extensive name generation techniques.
• Generate a pipeline of interested candidates via targeted email campaigns to passive candidates and prior applicants.
• Conduct virtual screens with prospective candidates to understand technical skill level, position alignment, and scheduling availability.
• Contribute to the maintenance, accuracy, and growth of the candidate database/CRM (Lever).
• Provide market intelligence on market trends and research with Recruiting Team.
• Work with our Recruiting Team to continuously evolve our capabilities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, quality of work, and lead conversion rate.
