Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group seeks a Practice Implementation Coordinator to drive data migration and system adoption of the ezyVet platform across hospitals. You will map data, cleanse information, validate workflows, and coordinate with veterinary teams, IT staff, and vendors to minimize disruption and ensure successful go-lives.

You will travel up to 25% to hospitals for go-live training and post-conversion support, and help maintain a centralized structure for consistent coding and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years Hospital Administrator or Veterinary Technician experience

Responsibilities

• Participate/lead conversion meetings with hospital teams
• Successful conversion of data and workflows from existing PIMS to ezyVet
• Travel to hospitals during their go-live week for training
• Support of hospital teams during the post go-live hyper care
• Assist in the set-up of ezyVet Central Structure system that will allow Lakefield to have consistent coding and service lists
• Assist in the on-going maintenance of ezyVet to ensure that it continues to support the on-going needs of the hospitals and Lakefield as a whole
• Assist with other functions of the Procurement team to support the Lakefield hospitals
