Elanco is seeking a remote CDS Veterinarian to serve as the clinical and technical anchor for the CDS inside sales team. You will deliver high-impact scientific education, product consultation, and clinical objection handling to veterinary practices and corporate accounts via phone, video, and webinars.

You have a DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program with a current license in the U.S. and at least five years of companion animal experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited veterinary program.
• Active, unencumbered veterinary license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical veterinary practice experience in companion animal or mixed animal practice.
• Proven experience communicating complex scientific/medical data effectively via phone, video, and webinars.
• Strong self-direction, time management, and organizational skills for high-volume virtual interactions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the dedicated clinical and technical subject matter expert for the CDS team across key therapeutic areas.
• Partner with inside sales reps on high-value virtual interactions, delivering technical support.
• Provide agile, real-time technical answers and clinical context to empower sales colleagues.
• Deliver virtual education sessions, CE webinars, and product presentations to veterinary staff.
• Maintain regulatory, medical, and ethical standards across all interactions.
