Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist for the Carolinas region (Greenville, Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, SC) to drive sales through inside sales strategies. You will build long-term veterinary relationships, manage accounts, and execute multi-channel campaigns using CVS principles.

The role requires inside sales experience in animal health, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. This is a remote US-based position with travel up to 5-10% and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience.
• Experience: Inside sales or animal health industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CVS selling model and digital tools including CRM and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with veterinary practices to drive sales targets.
• Partner with sales districts to create plans and nurture leads.
• Engage customers remotely with content and offers via CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio to lead launches and brand initiatives.
