IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer and Technical Support Consultant to serve as the direct line between IDEXX and veterinarians, technicians, and diagnostic professionals, helping keep pets healthy. The start date is October 12, 2026.

This role offers remote work with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts. You will answer questions, explain products, coordinate installations, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• Background in IT or Computer Science, education, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Networking and/or software support is a plus.
• Strong computer and technical skills with aptitude to learn applicable software/hardware; able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply skills to a variety of customer interactions.
• Experience in a technically related field, and/or contact center environment is helpful.
• Proven track record of delivering extraordinary customer service; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
