IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to handle inquiries from IDEXX customers with a high-volume, phone-first approach. You will serve as the liaison with IDEXX laboratories, answer questions, and coordinate lab results and sample logistics.

The role emphasizes exceptional phone-based service, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering accurate support and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional phone-based customer service.
• Able to work 8 hours per day on the phone in a quiet workspace.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer-related or scientific field.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Problem solving, detail-oriented, and well organized.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply skills across customer interactions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; handles 50–70 calls daily.
• Experience in veterinary, lab, or contact center preferred.
