Job summary

Otto is hiring a Partnerships Program Specialist to own a pipeline of veterinary practices, drive enrollments, and lead integration with data partners across the US. This remote role targets clinics and decision-makers, focusing on outbound efforts and enrollment workflow.

Ideal candidates have SaaS sales experience, strong communication, and a track record of meeting quotas. Austin, TX preferred but remote within the US is allowed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and hit numbers.
• Comfortable on the phone and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of veterinary clinics from first conversation to enrollment and integration.
• Make a minimum of 55 outbound calls per day plus follow-up emails.
• Position Otto's partner programs and guide prospects through enrollment workflow and T&C signing.
• Drive enrolled clinics through integration with our data partner.
• Hit and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
• Keep activity and pipeline clean in Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools.
• Partner with internal teams for smooth handoff post-integration.
