Job summary

Otto is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Austin, TX (hybrid preferred; remote US-based). Youll own the client relationship for a portfolio of veterinary clinics from onboarding through renewal, driving Go-Live and ongoing account management to ensure adoption and growth.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product to deliver a world-class experience; monitor health metrics and NPS, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for the customer throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a SaaS or software customer-facing role.
• Experience running onboarding timelines and cross-functional workstreams.
• Onboarding, implementation, or technical CS experience with configuring software.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Zoom; experience with live chat tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the client relationship for a portfolio of veterinary clinics from onboarding through renewal.
• Leads onboarding and Go-Live, then manages ongoing account relationship, retention and growth.
• Collaborates with sales, engineering, and product to deliver a world-class experience.
