Job summary

Clarus Technology seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager to acquire, onboard, and engage independent and corporate veterinary practices. You will work with industry partner sales teams to drive lead conversions, manage sales funnels, and support onboarding.

Remote work is supported with up to 40% travel across the USA. You will leverage CRM analytics, prepare performance updates, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of the Clarus Portal.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales or account management
• Experience supporting lead generation and conversion
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume interactions
• Results oriented with ability to work independently
• Ability to develop and implement a business plan
• Understanding of financial and business metrics
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable with Senior leadership
• Excellent time and process management
• Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM to track leads, pipeline progress, and engagement metrics
• Provide feedback on onboarding and engagement processes to refine workflows
• Act as main point of contact for client day-to-day communication
• Collaborate to understand product initiatives and communicate to clients
• Analyze account performance and deliver updates to stakeholders
• Work with product/engineering on client feedback and bug resolutions
• On-board new acquisition clinics with onboarding teams
• Foster collaboration with peer organizations to align strategies
• Articulate value of partnerships to decision makers
• Deliver on KPIs for key accounts through teamwork
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to show value and growth
• Troubleshoot account issues and drive resolutions
• Up to 40% travel
