Job summary

Veritas Veterinary Partners seeks a Partnership Advocate to strengthen connections between Partner Hospitals and referring veterinary teams. You will develop engagement strategies, drive referral growth, and collaborate with hospital operations and medical teams in a field-based role.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in business development, strong communication, and the ability to analyze referral data to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in veterinary relationship management or related field.
• Minimum two years in business development or field-based partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with veterinarians or clinical audiences.
• Analytical, able to identify trends and develop outreach plans.
• Valid driver's license and local travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management and Outreach: primary contact for referring veterinarians, build trust and address needs.
• Growth and Strategic Engagement: identify opportunities for referral growth and collaboration.
• Data and Insights: monitor KPIs, maintain CRM/PIMS records, use data to inform decisions.
