Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratories, and academic settings. The role focuses on diagnostics implementation, training, workflow optimization, and expanding product adoption within assigned territories.

You will collaborate with ABM and DSC teams, deliver presentations, and ensure high customer satisfaction while navigating clinic operations and financial constraints.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Basic knowledge of animal disease states preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and resolution of complex system problems for veterinary clinics and research settings.
• Deliver training and guidance on product line to improve productivity and performance.
• Complete detailed activity documentation and post-visit reports with satisfaction info.
• Travel up to 90% of the work week to assigned territories and meet customer visit requests.
• Ensure excellent customer service and independent decision-making with timely follow-through.
• Understand veterinary clinic operations including diagnostic applications and workflow processes.
