You will assist End Users, Field Representatives, and Partners with configuration, connectivity integration, operation and problem resolution. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience; veterinary IT background accepted.
• 3+ years software engineering and software support experience; veterinary setting preferred.
• Point-of-care diagnostic experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and contact center systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming requests for technical support and resolve information systems problems.
• Assist customers and sales partners in connectivity, product performance, and operations training.
• Initiate product returns, troubleshooting, and documentation of calls.
• Provide guidance and training on connectivity and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Repair, Engineering, and Customer Service on escalations.
