Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Specialist to provide on-site support for veterinary clinics, labs, and academic settings. Responsibilities

• Support clinics onsite to implement, train, operate and troubleshoot diagnostic products.
• Identify and address clinic pain points; design and implement workflow improvements.
• Provide training presentations and post-sale installation support.
• Document daily activities and visit reports with customer satisfaction data.
• Maintain travel readiness and safety; liaise with ABM and DSC teams.
• Correlate opportunities for expanding analyzers within accounts.
