Job summary

Asteris, part of Valsoft Corporation, is seeking a Client Success Representative to manage veterinary clients from onboarding through renewal. You’ll onboard practices, conduct quarterly business reviews, answer product questions, and keep accounts healthy while growing them with add-on modules.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support, becoming the client’s advocate inside Asteris and reporting to the Head of Customer Success. This is a fully remote role with some travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the veterinary industry (clinic/hospital/veterinary-focused company).
• Able to train customers and explain software to non-technical users.
• Confident calling at-risk clients and discussing their experience.
• Willing to travel 10–15% to tradeshows, conferences, or client sites.
• Nice to Have: Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Nice to Have: Experience running business reviews or presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new practices from kickoff to go-live.
• Train veterinarians and staff on the platform, virtually and on-site.
• Set clear success goals with each practice and track progress.
• Prepare and run QBRs with key stakeholders.
• Share usage insights and recommend next steps for each practice.
• Answer day-to-day product questions and escalate when needed.
• Monitor account health and identify at‑risk clients early.
• Identify clients for add‑on modules and demonstrate benefits.
• Partner with Sales to advance expansion opportunities.
