Job summary

Pawlicy Advisor Inc. is hiring an Onboarding Specialist, Vet Success to welcome and activate veterinary partners across the US.

This remote-first role involves high-volume phone outreach, live onboarding calls, and ongoing support to ensure clinics are set up and engaged from day one. You will travel to 10–15 veterinary conferences per year, maintain records in Custify and Pipedrive, and work closely with the Customer Success team to drive partner activation and adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role with 40+ calls per day: onboarding, customer success, or related fields.
• Comfortable building relationships on the phone and establishing rapport quickly.
• Organizational skills to juggle hundreds of accounts at different stages.
• Willingness to upsell when appropriate and beneficial for the customer.
• Experience with client management tools or CS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 200+ phone conversations every week.
• Run live onboarding calls with new partners within the first 30 days.
• Respond to veterinary teams with same-day follow-up emails and calls.
• Maintain daily CRM records in Custify and Pipedrive.
• Travel to veterinary conferences several times a year to support onboarding.
• Get partners activated: accounts set up, teams trained, and materials in use.
• Guide eligible partners through setup and go-live in the integrated program.
• Keep records updated so the team always knows the account status.
• Stay with accounts needing extra support and hand off to Customer Success when ready.
• Spot onboarding patterns and suggest improvements to the team.
