Job summary

CoVet is seeking a Customer Success Representative to ensure successful onboarding, adoption of our veterinary solutions, and maximum value realization for clients. You will proactively engage with customers, train them, and collaborate with internal teams to address needs and drive success.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, advocate for customers, and help identify opportunities to expand our engagements while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Vet/pet industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Conduct product training sessions and demos for effective usage.
• Proactively monitor customer health and satisfaction with regular check-ins.
• Identify at-risk customers and address concerns to drive engagement.
• Guide customers in adopting new features and capabilities.
• Provide recommendations to optimize usage and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to address needs and feedback.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell in engagements.
• Inform customers about additional features or services that may help their business.
• Be the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and references.
