Job summary

Instinct Science is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead onboarding for hospitals, acting as the primary contact and the strategic driver to ensure go-lives stay on track, on time, and on scope.

You’ll coordinate with Implementation, Training, Integrations, and internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. You bring veterinary practice experience and 2–4+ years of onboarding or SaaS project management, with strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Veterinary hospital experience required or closely related veterinary operations.
• 2–4+ years of customer-facing onboarding/project implementation experience.
• Instinct software/configuration familiarity strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels including executives.
• Comfort coordinating software integrations and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS team.
• Build and enforce project plans with milestones and 8-week go-live SLA.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate to hospital, Team Lead and internal teams.
• Coordinate across Implementation, Training and Integration partners to keep workstreams aligned.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to hospital leaders throughout the project.
• Communicate confidently with practice owners, medical directors, and hospital admins.
