Job summary

Pawlicy Advisor, America's #1 Pet Insurance Marketplace, is seeking a Veterinary Affairs Partnerships Manager to expand network with clinics, conferences, and educational programs. This remote, US-based role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborates with Veterinary Success, Marketing, and Data teams.

You will own partnerships from outreach to renewal, manage events and webinars, track spend and ROI, and build lasting relationships with veterinary associations and practice consultants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in veterinary industry roles.
• Experience owning partnerships end to end, from first conversation to results and renewal.
• Direct experience planning and running conference presence with measurable results.
• Existing relationships across veterinary associations or practice consultants.
• Strong budgeting and reporting with cost per clinic and source conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance of veterinary partnerships end to end: campaign execution, reporting and renewal.
• Plan and run Pawlicy Advisor's presence at national and regional veterinary conferences and events.
• Own booth strategy, staffing, lead capture and onboarding handoff to the onboarding team.
• Track cost and clinics onboarded per event and analyze by source; adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain veterinary assets used in the field.
• Run Pawlicy Advisor's webinar presence in the veterinary space and create valuable content.
• Focus programs in priority metro markets with local events and targeted outreach.
