Job summary

Dräger seeks a Sales Executive to own the ventilator portfolio in the Midwest and Plains states, with remote work options. You will manage the capital sales cycle for V800, VN800 and Savina, build territory plans, and engage clinical and economic stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.

Collaborate with Draeger clinical specialists, drive adoption in critical care settings, navigate RFPs, and maintain a rigorous CRM pipeline while traveling up to 80% to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience preferred.
• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in related field; clinical sales a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the capital sales cycle for Draeger ventilators in a defined territory.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and align IDNs with strategies.
• Engage clinical and executive stakeholders to position value propositions.
• Lead solution selling with workflow optimization and total cost of ownership.
• Navigate long sales cycles, RFPs, and installation logistics.
• Maintain CRM data and forecast pipeline monthly with accuracy.
• Create territory plans, account penetration strategies, and quarterly forecasts.
