Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for a remote role covering the Western U.S. This position trains customers on ventilator devices, delivers clinical education, and supports pre- and post-sale activities to drive customer satisfaction.

Travel may be required to deliver training and participate in events. The role requires an AS/BS in Respiratory Therapy with extensive acute-care experience and RRT licensure, plus strong collaboration with sales and project teams to meet

Qualifications

• AS/BS in Respiratory Therapy or the equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to train and educate clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and clinical education to customers for the Ventilators modality.
• Develop and provide customer-appropriate clinical in-servicing for purchased devices.
• Conduct accredited classes for CEU/CRCE credits and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Coordinate with customer, project manager, service and sales on training and implementation.
• Provide clinical support and documentation of the clinical support process.
• Engage with sales to align demonstrations/clinical evaluations with goals.
