• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and contract lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of vendor risk assessments and third-party due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships and onboarding.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations with Legal and internal colleagues.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance across vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Prepare vendor reviews and scorecards to inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on spend approvals and risk controls.
