Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Vendor Manager in Austin, TX to oversee third-party relationships across technology, professional services, and outsourcing. You will liaise with lines of business, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth onboarding, timely renewals, and sound contract terms.

You will conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with Marsh policies, and lead reviews with key vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and CLM processes.
• Ability to manage multi-category vendor portfolios.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between lines of business, operations, and vendors to manage third-party relationships.
• Lead vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Marsh policies.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and present vendor reviews to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams on risk mitigation.
