Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Vendor Manager to oversee third-party relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure risk and compliance across multiple service categories. You will partner with business leaders, legal, and procurement to drive onboarding, renewals, and performance improvements.

You will monitor vendor performance against SLAs, support cost savings initiatives, and contribute to process optimization in a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence.
• Ability to evaluate vendors across multiple risk dimensions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business contact for vendor relationships, building relationships with internal teams and Legal.
• Drive vendor onboarding and contract renewals across stakeholder groups.
• Manage vendor portfolios across multiple service categories and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Lead risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance activities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the lifecycle from MSAs to SOWs.
