Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee third-party relationships, contracts, and risk across diverse service categories. You will coordinate with business teams, legal, and finance to ensure compliant vendor performance and timely onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong negotiations, risk mitigation, and data-driven improvements in vendor management. Occasional travel may be required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and contract lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with vendor risk assessments and third-party due diligence.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies across multiple dimensions.
• Experience managing vendor portfolios across service categories or business functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead onboarding, renewals, and vendor performance reviews across categories.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and ensure regulatory and Marsh policy compliance.
• Oversee multi-category vendor portfolios and align with procurement standards.
• Support process optimization, analytics, and cost-saving initiatives.
