Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Vendor Manager to lead complex vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee risk and compliance across a multi-category vendor portfolio. You will liaise with risk, legal, procurement, and business leaders to drive performance and value.

The role emphasizes onboarding, renewals, contract lifecycle management, and leveraging analytics to optimize spend and risk. Remote work with occasional travel is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management, procurement, or contract management experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and contract lifecycle management.
• Vendor risk assessments and third‑party due diligence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business contact for vendor relationships across teams.
• Lead onboarding and contract renewals; manage vendor portfolio and SLAs.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance for vendors.
• Negotiate terms and manage the contract lifecycle from MSAs to SOWs.
• Provide data-driven insights and support for supplier strategy.
