Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Vendor Manager to coordinate vendor relationships, onboarding, and contract management across multiple service categories. You will partner with business leaders, legal, and compliance to negotiate terms and monitor performance against SLAs.

You will conduct risk assessments, maintain vendor scorecards, and drive continuous improvements in procurement processes. The role supports remote work with occasional travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor relationships, building strong working relationships with internal teams.
• Drive onboarding and contract renewals as a key liaison across stakeholder groups.
• Manage vendor portfolios across multiple service categories and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with key vendors to assess service delivery.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance to identify and address vendor risks.
• Maintain risk documentation, scorecards, and escalation procedures for vendors.
