OPENLANE is seeking a Vendor Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional service to recovery vendors, manage high-volume queues, and audit vendor performance. This role bridges client teams and recovery partners, ensuring timely transactions and accurate communications in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role supports US operations, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and allows for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in complaints, resolutions, or customer retention.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process all account transactions within internal queue systems.
• Serve as a direct liaison between client teams and recovery vendors to resolve operational inquiries.
• Perform audits on recovery vendors to ensure standards.
• Train and assist the Vendor Relations Manager in answering operational questions.
