OPENLANE is seeking a Vendor Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional service to recovery vendors, manage queues, and audit vendors in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge client teams with vendors and help maintain high-quality operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in customer service, with proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Remote work is possible depending on business needs and location.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and process all account transactions within internal queue systems.
• Serve as a direct liaison between client teams and recovery vendors to resolve operational inquiries.
• Perform audits on recovery vendors to ensure they meet established standards.
• Train and assist the Vendor Relations Manager in answering operational questions from coordinators.
