Job summary

Fidium is seeking a remote-friendly Manager of Vendor Operations to oversee field technicians, supervisors, and related invoices per SOW. You will ensure quality, manage onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with dispatch to optimize field resources nationwide.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, issue resolution, and supplier performance enforcement. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong program management, and adherence to process standards.

Qualifications

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling department activities.
• Accountability for costs, budgets, and KPI targets.
• Exercises judgment within defined policies to solve problems.
• Acts as advisor to subordinates on elevated issues.
• Leads large project teams and develops resource plans.
• Provides technical leadership across multiple initiatives.
• Contributes to departmental programs and related tasks.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for vendor field needs.
• Monitor on-time arrivals, NPS, and dispatch status; take corrective actions.
• Onboard/offboard vendors; manage schedule changes and terminations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to allocate field resources.
• Discuss KPIs, PIPs, and roadblocks with firms.
• Oversee damage complaints and escalations; perform site inspections.
• Conduct field quality and safety inspections.
• Conduct post-installation customer interviews.
• Review and audit invoices against SOW; charge back when needed.
• Review suspensions for validity; accountability with vendors.
• Lead regular cross-group meetings to align policy and process.
