Job summary

Fidium is seeking a remote-friendly program/quality manager to oversee vendor technicians, supervisors, and field operations. You will ensure SOW adherence, manage onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with dispatch to optimize field resources.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, handling escalations, conducting field inspections, and auditing invoices to ensure alignment with SOW. Remote work is possible, with preferred candidates in TX/NH/ME/VT.

Qualifications

• Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of a department and/or functional area.
• Accountable for results in terms of costs, budgets, operational goals, and KPI targets.
• Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to obtain solutions.
• Acts as advisor to subordinates for elevated issues and problems.
• Leads large project teams and/or programs with resource planning.
• May supervise sub-projects or smaller projects.
• Provides technical leadership and SME across multiple large-scale initiatives.
• Contributes to departmental activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for vendor needs requiring an internal Fidium contact.
• Monitor on-time arrivals, NPS, suspended work, and dispatch status compliance.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, schedule changes, terminations, and related vendor needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch to allocate field resources where needed.
• Maintain communications with firms on KPIs, roadblocks, and successes.
• Oversee damage complaints and escalations, including site visits if needed.
• Perform Field Quality and Safety Inspections and post-install reviews.
• Conduct post-install interviews with customers to review experience.
• Review invoices for accuracy and SOW alignment; charge-backs when necessary.
• Review suspensions for validity and discuss with vendors.
• Attend regular cross-group meetings to align policy and process.
