Job summary

Fidium is seeking a remote-friendly Vendor/Field Operations Manager to oversee the quality, timing, and cost of vendor activities under the SOW, with a downline up to 150. You will coordinate with contract managers, field supervisors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and KPI targets.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, invoice auditing, applying penalties for SOW deviations, and serving as point of contact in regular cross-functional meetings to align policy and process.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate department activities and KPI targets.
• Lead large project teams and programs with resource planning.
• Provide technical leadership and SME across large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for vendor(s) for field-related needs.
• Monitor on-time arrivals, dispatch status, and KPI performance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, schedule changes, terminations, and related vendor needs.
• Collaborate with dispatch to allocate field resources.
• Communicate with firms on KPIs, PIPs, and roadblocks.
• Oversee damage complaints and escalations; conduct site inspections if needed.
• Perform Field Quality and Safety Inspections.
• Conduct post-installation interviews with customers.
• Review and audit invoices for accuracy against SOW.
• Charge back vendors when issues.
• Review suspended jobs and address justified suspensions.
• Attend regular meetings with support groups to align on policy.
